Goals are the foundation to manifesting what it is that you want in life. So, it’s important that you create a consistent habit of writing your goals down.

Two types of goals include:

  1. Long-term goals. These goals support your life vision and are usually set over a longer period of time (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years and so on…)
  2. Short-term goals. These are support or enabling goals that are normally achieved in the near-future (e.g., 1 day, 1 week or within a few months).
